Job Description
Summary:
Compiles and analyzes material pricing for all proposals. Develops material pricing file for the proposal manager to complete a total package to be submitted for approval. Analyzes material pricing to ensure the best price is received and provides support to help with proposal approval process.
Detailed Description:
Prepare material pricing for all proposal opportunities.
Participates in proposal kick-off and provide status updates on open proposals.
Provide support for Cost and Pricing Data Packages
Reviews supply chain markets analysis to improve supplier selection.
Oversees the sourcing selection for all new proposals to maximize cost and minimize liabilities.
Communicate with suppliers to develop and maintain supplier relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and 10-15 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
