Job Description
Job summary:
Order processing specialist
The job is temporary, to cover the Employee for the time of her Parental Leave (at least until Feb 2026).
Detailed Description:
Finished products purchase orders and sales invoices handling
Communication with sales representatives, negotiations about delivery times
Communication and agreements with transport companies
Processing customs documentation
Entering orders into system (SAP), checking prices
Communication with production, purchase and warehouse staff about orders and production plan
Export reporting
Requirements:
Higher or vocational education on logistics or work experience as logistic or export specialist
Interest and skills to work in international environment
Very good Estonian and English language skills
Good in communication
Responsible and systematical person
Ability to work independently
Team-player, ability to work in cooperation with production and other logistic units
Accuracy and correctness, stress tolerance
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Work experience in international manufacturing company
Experience in the EU customs legislation and export control law implementation
Russian language skill in communication level
Work experience with SAP
